Golden Heart Award
This award is given to a Jr. Golfer who the TJGT staff believes exemplified courage, integrity and characteristics that have enriched the lives of others within and outside Jr. Golf. This award is special because it recognizes the junior whose life is impacting others off the golf course whether it is financially or physically. In these days of uncertainty and change, the Golden Heart award seeks to honor an individual for their outstanding commitment to character and service to others. In summary, this award honors this individual’s strong faith, commitment to service and compassionate heart towards others.
The TJGT believes the Golden Heat Award recipient challenges all players, parents and staff to reflect on the real priorities of life: faith, family, relationships and service to others. We are fortunate to be blessed to play this great game but also be ever reminded to always give back to the game and others who cannot enjoy the privileges we enjoy.
This year we have an outstanding individual who has been selected our 2007/08 season recipient.
